Who we are

Stitch is run by STREAMD Labs (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use Stitch, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Account: your email address and the basic profile Google shares when you sign in with Google. We never see your Google password.

Videos: the takes you upload and the clips we make from them, plus details about each job, such as file name, size, length, status and processing times.

Billing: your plan, subscription status and Stripe customer ID. Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store them.

Referrals: if you arrive through an invite link, a cookie remembers the code for up to 30 days, and we record who invited you.

Cookies: we use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember an invite code. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

To sign you in, edit your videos and deliver your clips, count your clip allowance, take payment, credit referrals, fix failures and keep the service secure. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your videos for advertising.

How long we keep it

We delete uploaded videos 7 days after upload and finished clips 30 days after they’re made.

If a clip fails a check, we may keep that job’s working files so we can find out what went wrong and improve the editing. Email us and we’ll delete them.

We keep account and billing records while your account is open, and afterwards as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Who processes it for us

We use a few service providers to run Stitch, and each one only gets what it needs: Google (sign-in), Supabase (accounts and job records), Cloudflare R2 (video storage), Modal (video processing), Stripe (payments and tax) and Vercel (hosting the site). Editing, including transcribing speech, runs on our own processing setup. We don’t send your videos to any other AI service.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and everything in it. Email support@streamdlabs.com from the address you sign in with and we’ll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under laws like the GDPR or the CCPA, and we’ll honor them.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Videos are stored privately and can only be downloaded through short-lived links tied to your account. No system is perfectly secure, but we’ll tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your data.

Children

Stitch is for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll show a notice on the site before the change takes effect.
