Terms of Service
Last updated October 21, 2026
Who we are
Stitch is run by STREAMD Labs (“we”, “us”). These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Stitch. By signing in you accept them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
What Stitch does
You upload a raw video take. We cut it automatically and give you a finished vertical clip to download. Before we deliver a clip, it goes through automatic checks. If a clip fails a check, we don’t deliver it and your clip credit goes back to you.
Uploads can be up to 5 minutes long and 2 GB in size.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 18 years old, and you’re responsible for everything done through your account. One account per person.
Your videos
You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the clips we make from them. You give us permission to store, process and edit your videos only so that we can run the service for you.
You promise that you have the right to upload each video, including the consent of everyone who appears in it, and that it doesn’t break the law or anyone else’s rights.
We delete uploaded videos 7 days after upload and finished clips 30 days after they’re made, so download your clips. If a clip fails, we may keep a copy of that job’s files to find out what went wrong. See the Privacy Policy.
What you may not do
Don’t upload anything illegal, sexual content involving minors, content you don’t have the rights to, or content that harasses or exploits anyone. Don’t try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits of the service, and don’t resell it. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Plans and payment
Your first clip is free, with no card needed. After that, Stitch is a monthly subscription: Starter $19 a month for 20 clips, Creator $49 a month for 60 clips, Pro $99 a month for 150 clips. Sales tax is added where it applies. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Your clip allowance resets on each renewal. Unused clips don’t carry over. When you’ve used your allowance, you can make more clips at the next renewal or by moving to a larger plan.
You can switch plans or cancel at any time from Manage billing. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for and doesn’t renew.
Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. A clip that fails a check never uses up a credit. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us and we’ll look at it.
We may change prices. If we do, we’ll tell you before your next renewal, and the new price applies only from that renewal.
Referrals
You can share your invite link. Referral rewards, if any, are offered at our discretion and can be changed or ended at any time. Self-referrals and fake accounts don’t count.
No guarantees
Stitch is automatic editing. We work hard to make clips you can post, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we don’t promise it will always be available or that every edit will suit you. Check each clip before you publish it.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Stitch and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, or stop offering the service with reasonable notice. The sections on your videos, no guarantees, limit of liability and governing law continue after the agreement ends.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll show a notice on the site before it takes effect. Using Stitch after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in New York.
